The Issues Management and Government/Industry Relations team offers advice and advocacy to senior mangers in all critical areas of operation including:

  • Monitor federal, state, and local agencies’ decisions and actions that may affect clients’ business interests.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for federal, state, and local government, industry and community relations to protect clients’ interests in these arenas.
  • Develop long-term, positive relationships with federal, state, and local political leaders and decision makers.
  • Provide advocacy services when appropriate before federal, state, and local agencies, boards, and commissions.
  • Advise and consult on political, agricultural and community issues.
  • Recommend political and charitable contributions that complement the strategic plan.
  • Develop and implement plans for participation in industry groups and trade associations.
